Introduced in 1975, the MV Agusta 750S America was built in response to America’s demand for…more power. Bike magazine called it “one of the most dramatic-looking bikes made, the real stuff of legend.” 40 years later, it’s still plenty dramatic. To get this extra power, the engine was bored out to 789cc, yielding a claimed 75 horsepower which was good for a top speed of 135 miles per hour. This bike was a little porky at over 500 pounds, which made some people consider it to be more of a sport-tourer than an all-out sports bike.
