Post Sale Update: This RL250 sold for $2,605 after 24 bids on eBay.

Suzuki introduced the Exacta (aka the RL250) in 1974, and nowadays it’s considered a solid vintage trials bike (though there were some issues with frames breaking above the swingarm pivot). They were only imported in the US for 1974-1975, and the main difference was an aluminum tank in the first year and a metal tank in the last year. The Yamaha TY250 was more popular over the decade, making this a rare find in the world of vintage trials.

Over those two years, just 1,200 Exactas were sold in the US. The 246cc single produced 18 horsepower and 16.6 pound feet of torque. Dry weight was 190 pounds, which was a little heavy compared to the competition. For more specifications, check out Suzuki Cycles.
