I love the green Polizei livery of German vehicles, so I had to feature this rare BMW R100 Polizei bike. I have to admit, I’m unclear if this is a RS or an RT (though I’d assume the former), so please comment if you know!
Starting on January 1, 1975, the German government required all police vehicles in this wonderful livery. You’ll get the special Glaser police fairing, as well the original radio control and loudspeaker. It has 47,288 miles and has been recently serviced and ready to go.
This specific BMW R100 Polizei has had the “Polizei” graphics, sirens, and blue lights removed to pass eBay’s regulations, however you’ll get them shipped separately (and the wiring is intact), so you’ll be able to put it back together with minimal hassle.
