The NS400R was arguably one of the best handlers Honda produced in the 80s and early 90s. A nifty V3 2-stroke engine pumps out about 70 ponies, and it comes in a lovely Rothmans livery. This NS400R isn’t in perfect cosmetic condition, and it has covered 30,000 miles. Hopefully, that keeps the price low so you don’t have to worry about getting scratches on the bike, and can instead worry about getting scratches on your knee sliders.
