In the 1985, Aprilia started outsourcing some of their engine production to Rotax – the AF1 was one of the earlier results of this partnership. After Loris Reggiani won the first World Speed Championship with an AF1, Aprilia released the Project 108 Replica.

This specific Aprilia Project 108 Replica (VIN: 07149) has 4,079 miles and is claimed to be in awesome shape except for a broken right mirror and the fact that some fairing screws have been replaced with zip ties. Not sure if that still qualifies as ‘awesome’ shape, but it still looks good in photos.
