Post-Listing Update: This Honda RC30 was quickly pulled off eBay, final sale price unknown.

The Honda RC30 is one of the world’s greatest homologation superbikes. Also known as the VFR750R, the RC30 was created so that Honda could race in the World Superbike Championship.

RC30 - Cockpit

The stats were impressive: the 748cc DOHC V-4 engine produced 76 horsepower, but included goodies like titanium connecting rods, gear driven camshafts, a slipper clutch, outstanding brakes, and a dry weight of just 400 pounds. Thanks to a very high gear ratio, this bike could hit 82 miles per hour in first gear!

RC30 - Front Left

This specific Honda RC30 (VIN: JH2RC3016LM200037) has 13,019 miles and is a very nice ‘driver quality’ RC. The seller does an excellent job covering the details, and he sums it up by saying that it’s a 24 year old bike that has been enjoyed and well cared for. The only real issues are that the neutral indicator doesn’t work and the rotors are on backwards – the latter of which is just bizarre.
