Post Sale Update: After 13 bids on eBay, this Coppa Italia sold for $11,000.

One of the rarest versions of the Moto Guzzi V11, just 40-50 examples of the Coppa Italia were produced. The specifications were impressive thanks to Brembo Gold Line brakes, Ohlins forks, shock, and steering damper, plus an optional $2,000 exhaust.

The 1,064cc engine was good for 91 horsepower, and the trick bits arguably turned this into the nicest of the V11 offerings, assuming you’re OK with the busy paint scheme. For more information on this rare bike, check out this review from Ultimate Motorcycling, where it’s summarized as the following: “Well, if the roads of the world were the silver screen, and motorcycles the actors that populate them, then the Moto Guzzi V11 Coppa Italia would undoubtedly be the character actor among them.”

This example (VIN: ZGUKTC0294M111287) has less than 3,300 miles and it’s claimed to be in pristine shape. It has a custom exhaust and several other pricey parts: Marvic wheels, Power Commander, and custom cams and heads. Stock parts are included.
