Post Sale Update: This 600TL sold for $9,500 after 2 bids on eBay.

When Ducati evolved the Pantah 500SL into the 600SL, they also decided to offer a stripped down variant called the TL. The bodywork was significantly different, but it did not sell well and the model last just one year. According to the dealer that the seller bought this bike from, just 30 of these bikes were imported to the US.

The TL featured the same air-cooled 583cc, 90 degree V-Twin in the SL – good for 57 horsepower. Power was sent through a wet clutch and a 5-speed transmission. As normally seen on 80s Ducatis, the braking was handled by Brembo and the suspension was taken care of by Marzocchi.

This example (VIN: 060143) is said to basically be brand new. It’s never been driven and the battery has apparently never had acid in it. Though the seller imported the bike into Canada, he still has the US title. Find this 600 Pantah for sale in Harriston, Ontario, Canada with an unmet opening bid of $8,250
