Post Sale Update: This NC35 sold for the BIN of $9,500.

The RC45 is a bike of legend, but it’s also out of the financial reach of most motorcycle enthusiasts. That’s why I’m excited to feature the RC45’s baby brother, the Honda NC35. Only officially sold in Japan, grey market imports occasionally made it out the UK and rarely made it to the US. But the lucky few that own one get to enjoy one of the best 400cc sportbikes ever made.

Honda RC35 - Top

The 399cc DOHC V4 engine is liquid-cooled and comes with gear driven cams and four 28mm carbs – apparently they sound fantastic. It produces a maximum of 59 horsepower, but you’ll need to be at 13,000 rpm to feel all those ponies. Honda RC35 - Gauges

This specific Honda NC35 (VIN: NC35-1103630) has 9,137 miles and is being flipped by a seller who acquired this as a part of a package deal. With the exception of the ‘shotgun’ exhaust this bike is original. It’s claimed to be in very nice shape with a few nicks and no rust. You’ll get new tires and a new battery.
