Finding a ER-6n in the US is already difficult considering how poorly they sold. But if you really want to stand out, here’s one that’s been converted into a dual-sport. The builder’s goal was to make the bike look OEM, and he hasn’t done a bad job with it. Would you ride it?

The 6n is a bike that makes a lot of sense, but it did not seem to captivate US buyers. The 649cc twin puts out 71 horsepower and returned 44 miles per gallon. If you want more information about the base bike, check out this brief review from MCN – they called it “a cunningly-disguised riot of fun.” Highlights of the work include RAD hubs laced to Excel rims (19″ front, 17″ rear), the front end from a Versys 650 with custom triple trees to keep the original ER-6n headlight, rear shock from a Yamaha R1, SW Motech crash bars, R&G radiator guard, lowered foot pegs, and more.
