You don’t often see custom motorcycles based on BMW’s G series of motorcycles, but Jens Henkel of Hyde Designs in Cape Town, South Africa didn’t let that stop him. This bike has made the rounds on sites like BikeEXIF over the last week – but I just found out that it’s for sale, so now it’s time for me to share it as well!
Jens (who is a one man shop) took 6 months to create this build, and it’s currently in testing to eliminate any teething issues. Highlights of the build include the custom bodywork/subframe, SpeedHut bars, Showa forks with Yamaha R1 springs, Suzuki wheels, Stealth Pipes exhaust, and the radiator from a BMW K1200.
