In 2011, this Gamma was rebuilt by Rick Lance and it’s been blessed with a tremendous amount of upgrades, a custom paint job, and Randy Mamola’s signature! It’s being offered by the owner of an Indian dealership that has owned 3 examples of this legendary marque, and he says this is the nicest. He originally approached Rick Lance about building a Gamma from scratch but there was a two year wait and he found this one on eBay instead. Now it’s your change to buy it on eBay as well.
Highlights of the work to this example (VIN: JS1HM31A6G2100729) include a motor rebuild with a big bore kit (555cc), GSX-R radiator, Maranello Engineering transmission kit, and several parts from Lance Gamma – a clutch upgraded, TriPod air filter kit, supplemental petcock, and pipes. It also has Lance Gamma fiberglass bodywork with custom paint. The previous owner hosted Randy Mamola at one point, and that’s when the famous race signed the bike’s tank.
