Also known as the VFR750R, the RC30 was created so that Honda could race in the World Superbike Championship.

The stats were impressive: the 748cc DOHC V-4 engine produced 76 horsepower, but included goodies like titanium connecting rods, gear driven camshafts, a slipper clutch, outstanding brakes, and a dry weight of just 400 pounds. Thanks to a very high gear ratio, this bike could hit 82 miles per hour in first gear!
