Post Sale Update: this TS185 sold for $3,200 after 11 bids on eBay in Littleton, Colorado.

“Social distance in style!” That’s what the seller of this example suggests you can do – they also claim that this bike is like new because it was owned by a lady who never titled it and only used it to ride to her mailbox and back. Who knows if that’s true, but this Zook sure looks like it’s barely been used.

The TS range of bikes were Suzuki’s first trail bikes, and the family of two-strokes was available with motors ranging from 50 to 400cc. Some riders considered the TS185 to be the best – it was actually a few pounds lighter than the TS125 but it made nearly as much horsepower as the TS250. The original 185s from the early 70s were known as the Sierra and were primarily adorned in yellow. As the 80s rolled around, blue took over as the color of choice. It’s equipped with 21″/18″ wheels, an oil injection system, and 6V electrics.

Per the seller, “the day it was purchased new in Denver, the dealer took everything off that was not necessary for it to run and put it in a box. I reinstalled all of the essentially new old stock (NOS) parts (lights, signals, horns, mirrors, gauges etc.).” It’s said to start and run like new, everything works and is original except for the tires, which were recently replaced due to age. The one issue is a small dent in the tank, but these are rare to find in this condition with such minimal usage.
