Italjet marketed the Buster as “a terrific little bike that is approved for AMA racing in the Pee Wee class for ages 4 to 8.”
It was powered by a 2-stroke 49cc engine which was paired with a Dell’Orto carb, automatic clutch, drum brakes, and 7.5 inches of ground clearance. Dry weight was just 66 pounds. This example still runs, which I wasn’t necessarily expecting from the price. The seller says he “wouldn’t be surprised if this is the only one available anywhere in North America,” and I haven’t seen one before. Have you?
