Post Listing Update: This CB350 racer did not meet reserve despite 19 bids up to $2,375 on eBay.

This AHRMA racer was acquired by the seller as a Sportsman 350 competitor in 2013 – he then rebuilt it “with the intention of creating a championship winning bike”. After campaigns in 2014 and 2015 with multiple podiums and race wins at courses like Road America, Barber, and Daytona in the Sportsman 350 and 500 classes, he’s now letting it go. I’ve featured the seller before and he’s got excellent taste in machinery, so I have high hopes for the quality of this build.

With that said, it should be noted that this bike (VIN: CL1601023927) has been sitting since it was last raced at Daytona in 2015 and the seller notes that you’ll want to inspect the kick start mechanism as it is making some noise. The seller says that he invested over $10k in the rebuild, since which the bike has had two small lowsides, one of which required a “patch on the tank”.

Highlights of the build include Todd Henning Racing pistons and a big bore kit (as you probably know, his son Ari is at Motorcyclist magazine – check out his tribute to Todd’s career here), ported and polished head with bigger valves, titanium valve springs, Dyna 2000 electronic ignition, Jemco exhaust, Mikuni 32mm carbs, Megacycle cam, total loss ignition, Race Tech forks with emulators, Hagon shocks set up for a 165 pound rider, magnesium 4LS front brakes, and plenty of spare parts.
