Post Listing Update: Despite 72(!) bids up to $19,700, this custom Bonnie did not meet reserve.

Built by Choppahead Kustoms in East Freetown, Massachusetts, this custom Triumph is called “The Hail Mary” and it recently won Best British at Born Free. In addition, it was shown at the Brooklyn Invitation and it was the cover bike for the August 2017 issue of The Horse.

It features a ’61 Bonneville engine with a ’76 T140 750cc head, all stuffed into a ’51 frame. The wheels were sourced from Hawg Halters while Voodoo Vintage supplied front end. The rebuilt motor and transmission have just one mile on it and the seller notes that if you ‘wish to make the bike more rideable they are happy to accommodate.”
