Post Listing Update: Insanely, this non-functional WLA did not meet reserve $37,100 despite 30 bids on eBay. Affectionately known as “The Liberator”, Harley-Davidson’s WLA is one of the most famous military motorcycles of all time. Unfortunately, this example isn’t in running shape, but hopefully you won’t mind because it’s a cutaway that was used to educate military mechanics on how …
Born Free Best Chopper – 1963 Harley-Davidson FL Panhead
Post Sale Update: This FL chopper sold for $19,600 after 27 bids on eBay. The seller calls this “part survivor/part custom” – whatever you call it, it won Best Chopper at last year’s Born Free 7. It’s been featured in Easyriders Magazine (NSFW) and will be featured in the August issue of Hot Bike/Street Chopper.
1952 Indian Chief Roadmaster
Post Listing Update: This Roadmaster did not meet reserve with bidding stalling at $22,200. It’s almost the end of the line. The original Indian Motorcycle Company built their last motorcycle in 1953 and all of those were built from parts left over from the ‘52s.
Coming Soon – 2017 Moto Guzzi MGX-21 Flying Fortress
Just when you think you might have seen everything comes this. Now available to pre order is a unique Guzzi bagger. It’s interesting, to say the very least. Details, and even photographs are a little hard to come by. We know that it is powered by the 1400cc twin that is currently lodged in the ‘California’. It is listed as …

9 Miles – 1994 Harley-Davidson FXRP
Post Sale Update: After being relisted, this FXRP sold for $10,600. For the last 22 years, this Police Glide has been stored in a temperature controlled warehouse in a crate. It’s in beautiful condition with just nine miles on the odometer.
2007 Walz Hardcore Chopper Pro Street
When I first saw this bike, I assumed it was built by someone in the US (probably Arizona). Turns out it’s actually the work of Marcus Walz, the man behind Walz Hardcore Cycles…based out of Hockenheim, Germany. Custom bike fans should be familiar with Marcus as he supposedly invented the “drag style” of motorcycle in the late 90s.
2001 Moto Guzzi California EV 1100 Touring
Here’s a touring version of Guzzi’s incredibly long-lasting California line. Adorned in a distinctive red and white paint scheme that is somewhat reminiscent of a candy cane, this bike is ready for a rider who wants to tour the country in something more unique than the typical American cruisers.
Unusual Engine – 2007 Honda RC51 Chopper
Post Sale Update: This RC51 chopper sold for $7,000. 6-28-16 Update: Contributor Joe N notes that this bike is back up for sale, but this time it’s got a $1,500 price cut. If you’re interested, find it for sale in Hamilton, Virginia here on eBay. Normally, choppers are packing a V-Twin engine…just not the V-Twin from Honda’s RC51 sportbike! But …
Panhead Custom – 1949 Harley-Davidson EL
Post Listing Update: 45 bids on eBay got this bike up to $13,000 – that wasn’t enough to meet reserve. Harley introduced the Panhead motor in 1948 – one year later they also introduced the telescopic Hydra Glide front forks. The EL featured a 61 cubic inch motor, and none of these facts really matter with this fun custom. Change …
1915 Indian Big Twin
6-18-16: This Big Twin is back up for sale, find it with bidding up to $34,100 here on eBay. The last Indian to feature the F-head engine in a cradle-spring frame, the Big Twin is one of the milestone bikes of Indian’s long history. 1915 was the last year of production before Indian stopped racing efforts to help with the …
Restored Flathead – 1949 Harley-Davidson WL
Post Listing Update: Despite 45 bids on eBay, bidding only got up to $16,155. Not sure why it was so low, but that was clearly not enough to meet reserve. In ’37, Harley-Davidson introduced their “W” family of motorcycles, which got a 45 ci engine and a recirculating oil system. The WL was the high compression version (the base W …
1977 Harley-Davidson Super Glide Confederate Edition Replica
Post Listing Update: This Harley did not meet reserve with 3 bids up to $5,908. In 1977, Harley-Davidson built a limited edition of just 631 bikes across 6 models – they dubbed these motorcycles the Confederate Edition and they are some of the rarest Harleys ever built. Presumably due to political correctness, no Confederate Editions are on display at Harley’s …
3 Bikes – Police Motorcycle Collection
6-1-16 Update: The seller has let me know that the HD has sold. He’s now asking for $4,500 each for the remaining two, or $8,000 for both. Here are three police motorcycles being sold in a package deal – you’ve got an American, and Italian, and a Japanese bike. Sounds like the start to a bad joke (or the opening …
Moo Glide – 1993 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail FLSTN
Post-Listing Update: This Moo Glide got no action at the starting bid of $8,993. In 1993, Harley Davidson releaseda limited run of the Heritage Softail: they called it the Nostalgia and produced just 2,700 examples. It was black and white with red pinstripes – that color scheme plus the cow-fur seat and bag accents led to the nickname of the …
