Post-Listing Update: Despite 22 bids up to $12,500, this T120C TT Special did not meet reserve. Between 1963 and 1967 (and only in the United States), Triumph released a series of ready-to-race bikes (dubbed the TT Specials) to the public. Starting with a Bonneville, Triumph stripped away anything non-essential and gave it another 2 horsepower. These are special bikes, but …

Post-Sale Update: This Ducati/Mototrans sold for $7,950 after 25 bids on eBay. This Ducati 175 Sport was one of the bikes built under license by MotoTrans, a Spanish company that made a small range of Ducs – check out BikeEXIF for another example of a MotoTrans.
Needs Some Work – 1975 Tyran 125 MX
A short-lived enduro from the early 70s, the Tyran 125 MX were more 40% expensive the Japanese competition, but were slower and less reliable. As you might expect, not many people have heard of them since. The engine was a Sachs two-stroke 122cc unit that produced 18 horsepower to move a bike that weighed 190 pounds. For more on the …

Running Barn Find – 1937 Ariel RH Racer
You probably wouldn’t guess from the cosmetic state of this bike, but this Ariel Red Hunter racer recently got a new spark plug and some gas and it actually fired up. It’s obviously still going to need plenty of work, but this is a very cool find.
1 of 600 – 2002 Moto Guzzi V11 Scura
I know some of you don’t care for the gauges on the V11s, but hopefully the extra goodies of the limited-edition Scura (Italian for “dark”) will get you to see past that!
