One of my favorite custom Guzzis of all time was this previously featured beauty built by George Dockray. I was so enthralled by it that I profiled George in an interview as well. I’m thus not surprised that this cool Guzzi was also built by Dockray.
This example (VIN: 92884) has over 70,000 miles and it comes with a detailed logbook from George’s build and dyno run printouts. The engine was rebuilt and now displaces 949cc. The tank is from Evan Wilcox, a builder with a healthy wait list. Other goodies include the Mistral stainless steel exhaust, Le Mans fairing, Whistler radar detector, Agostini rearsets, dual front disc brake conversion, and the handlebar from a R90S with bar end turn signals. It’s definitely different – what do you think?
