The seller of this RZ350 calls this one-of-a-kind thanks to several modifications that include a R1 front suspension, RGV250 swingarm, and replica bodywork from a YZR500 GP race bike. What do you think about it?

The seller of this example (VIN: JYA48H00XFA010171) used to roadrace a RZ350, so he thought this bike would be a “fun street bike to occasionally ride when the weather was nice.” The motor has been rebuilt by an ATV shop who specializes in Banshee motors (ported cylinders, Hot Rods crankshaft, 34mm Mikuni flat slide carbs, Spec II coned pipes), and the seller says that “it runs very strong while being a fairly civil bike to ride around town.”

The front end (forks, brakes, wheel) come from a ’99 Yamaha R1, the rear shock is from a Suzuki SV650, and the swingarm, rear wheel, and rear brake come from a Euro-spec Suzuki RGV250. The headlights are from a Japan-spec CBR250RR with a custom bracket, retrofitted with H4 bulbs. The gauge cluster is also from a ’99 R1, and it was mostly matched with the RZ wiring so that everything except the fuel light and neutral light work. Additional upgrades include Tarozzi rearsets, Ducati Performance mirrors, and LED turn signals on all four corners.
