Every so often a motorcycle comes along that is just too beautiful. On the Superleggera beauty is way more than skin deep.

Ducati Superleggera - Logo

Superleggera is Italian that translates as ‘weighs less’. This is a Panigale on a severe diet, losing almost 20 pounds. Wet weight is listed at 390 pounds with somewhere over 200 hp. In any language that means ‘fast’, 0 to 60 mph in less than 2.3 seconds fast.

It’s done with exotic materials. Carbon fiber used for the body panels and rear subframe, magnesium for the sand cast main frame, the headstock, and wheels. Titanium exhaust and exhaust valves, rear shock spring and front forks. Even the fasteners on the Superleggera are titanium.

But the Superleggera is more than just a pretty face. ABS, traction control, slipper clutch, ride by wire, variable EFI, multiple ride modes, adjustable suspension and wheelie control. It is a fully featured beast just waiting for you to take to your local track.

This particular Superleggera is available in Redmond, Washington with a Buy It Now price of only $55,995.00. Lest you think that is excessive, know that only 500 were made and the MSRP was $65,000. It’s a screaming bargain. Find it
