NEXX Helmets is a Portuguese manufacturer that’s trying to become better known in the US, and one of their “2019 initiatives to reach out to the American riding community” is to find some “creative riders to document their journey to one of the biggest weekends in US motorcycling.” Nathan and I are flying out to Austin for MotoGP, but NEXX wants to help a few motorcyclists that are going to ride to Austin with a pilot ambassador program that involves providing helmets for people who will document their rides to the American round of MotoGP. As NEXX states, “Whether through your own social media page, website, blog, or a ride report on a motorcycle forum, we want to follow along on your personal voyage to the fastest motorcycle race and biggest custom bike show on the 2019 US calendar!”
So, are you riding to MotoGP this year? If so, then you should let me know so that we can meet up, and I’ll offer up my site as a platform to bring in more eyeballs for your story to hopefully make you more attractive to NEXX for this promotion. Go to the NEXX site to apply (the application period is from March 21st to April 1st) for this program. Winners will get a 2019 NEXX helmet for their ride to Circuit of the Americas.
