Mini MV – Paventa Mini Bike Designed by Massimo Tamburini

I have never heard of Paventa minibikes before but the company was supposedly working with Massimo Tamburini to build a small run of minibikes inspired by his legendary F4 design. Per a 2019 Artcurial auction, this is “apparently the only one of its kind” and “the death of the famous engineer in 2014 marked the end of this project.”

I wish I had more information to share with you about this but here’s a link to when the Artcurial auction happened in 2019, this mini had an estimate of 5-10k Euros but it sold for €4,214 with no reserve. That was a very fascinating auction and our former contributor Tim Huber shared a preview of some of his favorites back in 2019 in this story here on Bike-urious. Regardless, the minibike has made its way to Australia, where someone is selling his collection of bikes (including a Bimota SB6) to fund a move overseas.

The silver/blue livery is one of my favorites on the F4 1000 – we’ve sold a few over on Iconic Motorbikes and it would be so cool to have one of these next to the full size one. It’s even got the quad pipes!

The seller states that this has been signed by Tamburini and that it’s never been ridden but is “started periodically.” He’ll also throw in a piece of an actual 2000 MV Agusta F4 crate. Find this mini MV for sale in Adelaide, Australia for $5k AUD (roughly $3,375 USD) here on Facebook.
