Rally Raid – Modified 2012 KTM 690 Enduro

In Austria, Dual-Sport by AbhiLeave a Comment

If you’re looking for a true off-roader from your production dual-sport, I’m not sure it gets better than the KTM 690 Enduro. Built to serve as the base for KTM’s Dakar Rally efforts (which they won in 2007, 2009, and 2010 with this bike before regulation changes forced them to switch to a smaller engine for competition), the 690 is the farthest on the off-road side of the spectrum compared to its dual sport competition like the KLR, G650GS, TR650, and more. The seller of this specific example has embraced the bike’s off-road strengths and turned it all up to 11 – who needs pavement, anyway?

The 690 Enduro comes well equipped with WP adjustable suspension, Brembo brakes, and more power than anything else in its class at 48.9 horsepower. But with this bike, you’ll get so much more.
