1969 and 1970 Suzuki TS250 Savage

In Dual-Sport, Japan, Less than 5k by AbhiLeave a Comment

The TS250 was known by a few names across the globe – it was called the Hustler in Japan, though we called it the Savage. No matter the name, it was a dual-sport with 23 horsepower, 5-speed transmission, and a top speed of about 80 miles per hour. A seller in Santa Barbara has two of them in nice original shape. Which one do you prefer?

The ’69 (from the first year of production) example is in green, and the ’70 is in orange. The seller calls both of them “beautiful survivors”. The earlier bike has 3,631 miles while the ’70 has 6,353. Both have clean CA titles, functioning oil-injection systems, and are street legal. The ’70 has a few new parts – batteries, tires, piston, top end, but both bikes are claimed to “start immediately and run well.”

The seller wants $3,900 for the ’69 and $4,200 for the ’70. Find this pair of Savages for sale here on Facebook Marketplace in Santa Barbara, California.
