Post Listing Update: This Hellcat got no interest at the BIN of $59,900.

Confederate has built custom motorcycles since 1991. Known for their aggressive appearance and the use of gorgeous CNC machined parts, they have made a name for themselves with their slogan “Art of Rebellion.” Taking home several pieces of hardware for their work in motorcycle shows across America, Confederate worked their way into several Hollywood productions. With a six-figure list price, the big screen is often the only place many enthusiasts would ever see a build of this nature. Leave it to the aftermarket to re-create the artwork we see on screen, as is often the case of Eleanor, used in the movie “Gone in 60 Seconds.”

If you’re a fan of the movie “Gone in 60 Seconds”, and the famed Mustang GT Eleanor is out of your reach, then this could be the answer you’re looking for. This 1999 Confederate Hellcat was used in the movie, owned, ridden, and signed on the tank by Nicolas Cage. The current asking price of $59,900 might seem like a lot for two wheels, but new Confederates list at over $100,000, the most famous of which was recently used in Transformers: The Last Night. Not to mention an Eleanor replica would set you back about $200,000. Compared to the 4 wheel counterpart, we can comfortably tell ourselves it’s a bargain!

This Hellcat was previously sold for $35,750 according to the online auction site that hosted it. It is currently in storage in Miami, and supposedly includes a copy of the original title with Nicolas Cage’s name on it. Remember… compared to a new Hellcat or Eleanor…this is a steal for a piece of rolling film history!
