To celebrate their 95th Anniversary, Harley-Davidson created limited editions of the Road Glide and Road King. They created 800 of the former – here’s #373.

Per H-D’s tradition for limited editions, the changes were solely cosmetic. Buyers got special maroon/beige paint, tank emblem, and a numbered plate. Otherwise the drivetrain was the same – a 80ci Evo V-Twin that Harley claimed made 70 horsepower (though Cycle World said that was “optimistic” as they saw “high 40s to the low 50s at the rear wheel”). The ’98 Road Glide was available with fuel injection or carbs, however the Anniversary Edition was only offered on the fuel injection model. MSRP for the injected model was $15,650, and the Anniversary package was another $875.

This example (VIN: 1HD1FSR45WY617746) has 31,715 miles and it’s said to be in “great condition for a bike that is over 22 years old.” Upgrades include Andrews cams, LED headlight, Tour Pak luggage, and upgraded stereo. The seller has the original parts and the sale includes the factory shop manual and parts catalog.
