You all seemed to enjoy the trials-prepped Matchless from earlier in this week, so here’s another classic Brit (though this one’s made in India) that’s been converted for trials duty.

This example (VIN: 185004) was ordered directly from India by a previous owner. The seller acquired it as a relatively stock bike after consulting with Dick Mann, who said it would be a great trials project. The seller then went about with the conversion, which included adding clearance to the swing arm, powdercoating the hubs and rebuilding the wheels with stainless rims and spokes. 7 pounds of metal was removed from the frame, new footpegs were added, and everything was repainted. There’s a lot of other work done but my highlights are an Amal Premier carb, an aluminum piston, new clutch, trials gearing, Wassell trials seat, Domino slow trials throttle, chrome levers, and a competition tank from a Royal Enfield Fury. There’s also a custom aluminum skid plate – for more information, check out this thread on the Classic Motorworks Forum where the seller documents his efforts to convert the Bullet into what you see here from this:

The seller includes a video putting around after he installed some new gearing:

The seller says that he used this “motorcycle in competition English trials for a few years and its a proven AHRMA intermediate winner.”
