The Adventurists are a group of oddballs that fight “to make the world less boring.” Over the years, they’ve created a series of bizarre adventures, many of which are centered around motorized vehicles. Previous examples include the Rickshaw Run, the Mongol Rally, and the Ice Run (crossing hundreds of kilometers on a frozen Siberian lake on Urals). They also host the Monkey Run, a week-long expedition on monkey bikes through terrain that one would not call “appropriate.” This summer the Monkey Run heads to Morocco, and The Adventurists have partnered with Iron & Air, REV’IT, Biltwell, and Sena to giveaway two spots on the run, all the gear you’ll need, and more.
The Monkey Run is summed up as “A trip through the Moroccan desert on a 49cc motorcycle designed for a human the size of a child, a map drawn on a napkin(doubles as toilet paper!), your wits, and a story to tell your grandkids; this is the Monkey Run Morocco.”
