In Holland – MV Agusta Six Replica

Geert Cuperus is a Dutch man who has made a name for himself by building replicas of classic Grand Prix racers. One of his builds is a replica of MV Agusta’s 350 six-cylinder that never really got any racing action. I’ll give you a minute to guess what engine he used as a base for the six cylinder replica.

Alright, got your guess? Wrong – he started with the inline four from a Suzuki GS550. Hooniverse did a quick profile of Geert – it’s worth checking out because there’s some build pics, too. Or check out this thread from MVAgusta.net for more photos of the engine build. On this bike, the tank, fairing, seat, exhausts, and clipons are based on MV’s original design from 1968. As you’d expect, the frame is custom built.
