I think I was just stunned that it could actually get around in the dirt. Sold unchanged for nearly 15 years, the Yamaha DT50MX is a baby motocrosser that might be one of the best campground bikes ever made. Completely Irrelevant But Fascinating Tangent Alert: I’ve been to Mountain Home, Arkansas before, and when I was there locals told me about something called the Turkey Trot – an annual festival where they would throw turkeys out of planes – turns out wild turkeys don’t fly very well, and some would just plummet to the pavement. I won’t spend more time on turkeys on this “motorcycle” blog, but if you want to learn more about this crazy story, follow this link.
