Post Sale Update: This CBX sold for $17,872 on Iconic Motorbike Auctions

This one’s a big one for us – Honda has chosen to partner with Iconic Motorbike Auctions Powered by Bike-urious to auction off two motorcycles in support of Ride for Kids and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Did you see my photos from Ride for Kids last weekend?

The RC51 raised over $7,000, and we’re hoping this 3 mile CBX does even better!

The history of this bike isn’t really known – it may be one of the “school bikes” that Honda donated in 1981, and no one currently at Honda that we spoke with knew what the “47” sticker on the fairing is about. Still, it’s basically showroom new with just 3 miles that have come from pushing it around for the last 38 years.

Find this charity-enhancing Honda CBX for sale here on Iconic Motorbike Auctions Powered by Bike-urious with bidding up to $6,100 in Marina del Rey, California.
