Founded in 1959, Italjet has typically built small displacement bikes (including what they claim was the first mini MX bike for children back in 1968). One of those models was the Conquistador, a bike that I can’t seem to find any real information on. Any one have any experience with this bike?
Either way, the next owner of this Italjet (VIN: 20606) better know a lot about it because it’s going to need a bit of work. Discovered in a yard, it’s impressively complete (missing upholstery, tire pump, and a few parts have been replaced with non-OEM units). The bike has just 194 miles on it but the piston is stuck – the seller’s guess is that the original owner used up the first tank, then forgot to put two-stroke oil when he/she refilled it for the first time.
Find this Conquistador for sale in Vista, California with an opening bid of $200 or a BIN of $2,100
