Built by Revatu Customs (Revatu is named by taking the first two letters of the names of founder Rene Van Tuil) out of the Netherlands, the Black Pearl is a steam powered motorcycle which looks an awful lot like a locomotive. Maybe I’ll call it a locomoto.
