Video Intermission – TT3D: Closer to the Edge

The 2010 Isle of Man TT was covered by one of the best documentaries ever created about motorcycling – TT3D. It was well reviewed by critics but unlike many moto films, it was also a financial success because it transcended the machines themselves. In a review on The Guardian, Peter Bradshaw highlights this by saying, “what could have been a pretty dull film just for motorbike fans and devotees of the Isle of Man TT race, achieves real human interest and excitement due partly to a focus on one competitor: likable motormouth Guy Martin.” If you never got a chance to catch this before, you can enjoy the video here thanks to the wonders of YouTube.
