Post Sale Update: This Limited Edition CB sold for the BIN of $3,500 on eBay in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania.

1979 was a year of new and old for the CB750. On the new side, the model debuted a DOHC motor that was good for 78 horsepower and 48 lb-ft of torque. On the old side, it had been a decade since the big CB was introduced, so Honda commemorated the anniversary with a limited edition sold alongside the base CB750K.

Differences between the Anniversary Edition and the K model include mag rims (Comstars) instead of spoked wheels, and different badges/side covers. This example (VIN: RC013005538) has 5,485 miles and it said to be original “down to the Dunlop tires”. There’s an aftermarket front master cylinder installed, though the original one is included (you’ll need to rebuild it).

It’s had two owners, and it was “brought back from a long dormant sleep with fresh carb job, plugs, oil, brake refresh, etc.” Find this Limited Edition CB750 for sale in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania with a BIN of $3,500 or best offer here on eBay.
