Post Listing Update: This Golden Flash was pulled off of eBay, final sale price unknown.

As Honda’s scramblers got bigger, they became more street focused. Cycle magazine called the CL350 not “really a scrambler at all, but a street-scrambler…doubt arises regarding the bike’s suitability for bashing around rocks and pines.” .

Nowadays, that just means it’s perfect for putting around town and looking good! It featured a 324cc, 33 horsepower engine that was good for a claimed top speed of 100 miles per hour. For more on the CL350, check out this article on Motorcycle Classics.

This example (VIN: Cl35010517) is offered by the second owner, who has had it for three years. It was repainted with a urethane clear coat and the seller says everything works thanks to a long list of new parts in the summer of 2020: Rick’s charging system, Barnett clutch plates and springs, Mikuni carbs, battery, wheel bearings, seat, tires/tubes, fork seals, almost all of the cables, blinkers, mirrors, gas cap, and more. He also had the valves lapped and cylinders honed. The seller notes that there’s some rust repair on the underneath of the muffler and includes a picture.
