Post Listing Update: This V7 did not meet reserve with 22 bids up to $11,600 on eBay in Madison, Wisconsin.

After years of truck-like bikes such as the Ambassador and the Eldorado, the V7 was specifically created by Tonti to honor Guzzi’s racing legacy. Some people consider this bike to be the prettiest production cafe to come out of any factory, and it was an instant classic. Here’s a survivor that’s sold as an “excellent driver.”

This example (VIN: 33195) is offered up by the third owner and it has 24,704 miles. He acquired it in May of 1992 and has put approximately 7,000 miles on it since then. It features the original paint, which has worn through in certain spots (such as on the back of the tank against the seat). There’s also light surface rust and chrome pitting. The seller notes modifications of a BUB exhaust, larger Bosch starter, 1000SP center stand, Works Performance shocks, Nardi ignition switch, and a recovered Sargent seat. Almost all of the original parts are included.
