For BMW’s 75th anniversary, the Germany company created a limited run (750 examples) of the R1100GS. Differences were limited to the special paint scheme and fancy paperwork called the “Edition Folder” for the owner – Euro bikes got a dark smoke windscreen and the US got a clear one.
There were actually four different 75th Anniversary models, but today we’re just worrying about the GS:

According to BMW, 750 of the GS models were built but it’s unclear how many went to specific markets. The most common number that pops up on the internet is that 200 made it to the US.
This example has 57,150 miles and it’s been upgraded with Ohlins shocks, stainless brake lines, a Two Brothers exhaust, running lights, and a Sargent seat. It also has the factory saddlebags and trunk and several stock parts (seat, exhaust, etc).
Find this GS for sale in Thomson, Georgia for $5,800 here on Facebook Marketplace.
