After World War II, NSU found themselves with factories that had been destroyed. But they were able to persevere and in 1952 they released the Max, one of the most popular quarter-liter bikes of the 50s – 97,120 bikes were sold.
1985 Kalamazoo Speed Truck
Originally a railroad equipment manufacturer, the Kalamazoo Manufacturing Company was founded in 1883 but expanded into material vehicles with the Kalamazoo Speed Truck in the 40s. They produced many variants of the Speed Truck, including this 3 wheeler (with a cute aftermarket trailer).
