CR750 Tribute – 1971 Honda CB750

In Custom, Japan, Sport by AbhiLeave a Comment

Honda’s CR750 was an evolution of the ubiquitous CB750, sold in very limited numbers as kits to dealers to convert the stock bikes. Finding a genuine model is very difficult (and very expensive) nowadays, which is why riders often like to take current CB750s and turn them into their own versions of the CR. This one isn’t real, but it’s also less than $7k.

For more on the real CR750, check out this article on Cycle Chaos.

This bike has been on display for the last six years and it has not been started during that time. Expect to recommission it if you’d like to ride it yourself. Modifications include an Airtech fairing, handmade front fender, DID wheels, Alcantara suede seat, clipons, and more. There’s also a head light and brake light so that it can be street legal. Per the seller, “it is not flawless but very nice, some small scuffs here and there a small crack in the faring that was repaired.”
