Post Listing Update: This custom Ninja did not get any interest at the BIN of $6,500.

Built by Bexton Moto (I’ve featured their work in the past), this Ninja 300 has been created as an homage to Gary Nixon’s H2 that he campaigned in the FIM Formula 750 Series. Do you think it works?

Obviously, this bike (VIN: JKAEX8B15EA004529) will be a little lacking in the engine department compared to the original, but it does have a wide variety of modifications that give it style and make it more fun to ride. The seller originally acquired the bike with just 54 miles after it had been in an accident, and it now shows 1,267 miles on the odometer. Highlights of the work include modifying the subframe to accept the fiberglass H2 replica seat, installing a customized Yamaha TZ250 fairing with LED lighting, installing a custom dash with the stock gauge cluster, and bolting on several upgrades including a Kawasaki ZX6-R front suspension, Woodcraft clipons, Guzuki GSX-R 600 rear shock, Yoshimura header and exhaust, and a Fuel Moto fuel controller. If you want information on Nixon’s original racer, which was built by Erv Kanemoto, check out this story on Motorcycle.com.

Everything is claimed to work and the seller says it’s faster and handles better than stock due to the weight reduction and modifications. Find this custom Ninja for sale in Cary, North Carolina with a BIN of $6,500
