Equipped with a kit from Timbersled, this Husky is ready to tear up the snow – but it comes with all the parts to go back to a dirt bike once the snow has all melted.
If you’re not familiar with Timbersled, the company makes a range of conversion kits for riders that would like to enjoy their dirt bikes in the snow. The smallest is designed to be installed on 110cc pit bikes but most of these get put on 450s because as you can imagine, there’s a bit of parasitic draw from the new final drive setup so you want plenty of power to drive the “sled”. As you can see from this video, you can still get absurd air and even do crazy tricks like backflips with the kit equipped:
And if you’re really crazy, you could always put one of these kits…on a Hayabusa:
This example has 26 hours on it, it’s not stated how many of those hours were put on after the kit was installed. The setup has small wheels on the ski/track to make it easier to move around, plus the whole set up has a GPS tracker and avalanche backpack, which is not something I normally think of when I share a Husqvarna!
