Street Legal – 1982 Ducati 750 TT1

Post Sale Update: This TT1 did not meet reserve in the auction, but it sold afterwards on the Iconic Motorbike Classifieds for $30,800 including buyer’s fees.

On the auction site we’ve got a beautiful TT1 owned by Michael Woolaway, the Design Director at Deus Ex Machina’s Venice location. He built it to compete in the Isle of Man this year, though that’s been cancelled and he’s moving on to other priorities. It’s incredibly well-prepped, and the best part may just be that it’s street-legal!

Far less than 100 TT1 racers were built, and it would eventually evolve into the F1 750. This example (VIN: WA78110903) is a customized example – because of the race plans, the motor is freshly built and features a Falcon crank, Pistal pistons, V2 camshafts, Millennium Technologies nickel cylinder plating, new oversized valves, JPrecision Stage 4 heads, and Carrillo rods. It was set up with a starter motor and charging system to run lights, and the bike is currently titled in New Jersey though it’s located in Los Angeles.

It’s an exquisite piece of machinery that was last fettled by someone who knows his stuff. Find this TT1 for sale in Marina del Rey, California with bidding up to $20,001 and the reserve not yet met here on Iconic Motorbike Auctions.
