November 2019 Result Highlights

Oops…I never gave you a recap of November! Let’s rectify that…

Last month we saw some great bikes – but did they sell? And if so, for how much?

This list will only include listings from eBay, Iconic, or other auction sites. I unfortunately have no way of finding out final sale prices of bikes offered on Craigslist/Cycle Trader/Kijiji/etc. With that said, here are some highlights from last month:

No Reserve – 1983 BMW R65 Custom – This custom R65 sold for $7,525 after 31 bids on eBay, though the sale didn’t go through as it was relisted and it then sold for a BIN of $10,500.

New Auction Bike – For Charity With No Reserve – 1981 Honda CBX – sold for $17,872 on Iconic Motorbike Auctions in Marina del Rey, California.

Paris-Dakar Tribute – 1983 BMW R80ST Custom – sold for $6,999 after 15 bids on eBay in Idyllwild, California.

Tracy Bodied Project – 1972 Kawasaki H2 Mach IV – sold for $5,450 after 13 bids on eBay in Seattle, Washington.

New Auction Bike – 1971 Yamaha R5B Custom – sold for $6,420 on Iconic Motorbike Auctions in Santee, California.

1974 Tyran 125 MX – sold for a BIN of $2,950 on eBay in Vernon-Rockville, Connecticut.

Never Ridden – 1988 Husqvarna 430 Automatic – sold for $7,150 at Mecum Kansas City.

No Reserve – 1979 Kawasaki KZ1000 MkII – sold for $12,000 after 52 bids on eBay in New Braunfels, Texas.

Red Dragon Tribute – 1966 Honda CB450 – sold for $8,500 after 35 bids on eBay in Buda, Texas.

10th Anniversary – 1979 Honda CB750 Limited Edition – sold for the BIN of $3,500 on eBay in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania.

Motorcycle Classics Feature – 1981 Ducati Pantah 500SL – sold for $5,350 on Iconic Motorbike Auctions in Venice, California.

1953 Goggo 200 – sold for $6,357 after 4 bids on eBay in Paradise Valley, California.

No Reserve – 1942 Harley-Davidson XA – sold for $26,700 after 39 bids on eBay in San Diego, California.

1970 Yamaha RT1 360 – sold for $3,155.25 after 11 bids on eBay in Wichita Falls, Texas.

New Auction Bike – 1928 BMW R62 – sold for $52,000 on Iconic Motorbike Auctions in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

New Auction Bike – 1988 Honda Hawk Custom by Two Brothers – sold for $9,095 on Iconic Motorbike Auctions in Marina del Rey, California.

Here’s some stuff that didn’t sell:

Filipino Sidecar – 1974 Honda CB125 – did not meet reserve despite 33 bids up to $2,050 on eBay in Michigan City, Indiana.

1966 Honda CR93 Tribute – did not meet reserve despite 54 bids up to $5,400 on eBay in Oceanside, California.

Ending Soon – 1989 Suzuki Wolf TV250 – did not meet reserve despite 18 bids up to $1,675 on eBay in Luling, Texas.

1980 Yamaha XV750 Flat Tracker – did not meet reserve despite 3 bids up to $7,700 on eBay in Brooklyn, New York.

1980 Moto Guzzi “1000Ss” – did not meet reserve despite 32 bids up to $6,650 on eBay in Easton, Pennsylvania.
